I’m excited for this whole thing. I don’t really have a presence on the interweb so just for this site I’m J.T. I like to read almost anything. Writing is a little more difficult, I have two stories I work on a lot but have never really been able to finish and I’m not sure why. I would like to at first just read through the serials, and as time goes on maybe post my own. I prefer tea over coffee, but that may just be because I have never had coffee before. I hear it’s really bitter.
Lets see, I go by Taulsn, and occasionally Truth. I read a lot of stuff a mostly full list is on my site. I write Raising Angles a fantasy webserial that started in late March, I also write Overwatch a series of super hero one shots that started in early April. I don’t so much as have a goal here as I am curious so see how things will turn out. Also I need more reading material since I am caught up on everything on my list. Coffee or tea is a hard one, since I usually just chug espresso. However caffein is a diuretic and fresh water would be scarce on a desert island, so I am going to have to chose herbal tea.
Hello I’m Tempest, which I’m known by all over.
I read fantasy almost exclusively, although since finding serials I’ve branched out a bit, superheroes seem to be rather prevalent. I write MageLife, which is high magic fantasy, my first attempt at writing since i left school over a decade ago.
My goals here are just to be nosy, I like the community on WFG, the idea of a helping hand to get people sharing their stories is a wonderful one that i really think could encourage those that are unsure where to start.
Desert island: Tea, I doubt being twitchy would help much on an island. far better to relax with a nice cuppa. Being british may have influenced my choice.

Well now, this is quite the interesting idea. Hello everyone!
* Your preferred handle (whether it be unique and shiny to this forum or your internet one)
I am Maddison Rose, aka MaddiroseX.
* What do you like to read or write?
I wrote Orbital Academy, an erotic sci-fi serial, and currently write renaissance/clockpunk-fantasy Twisted Cogs. I mostly read web serials these days, although I can be tempted back into the trad-published-book world by a good paranormal or fantasy series.
* Your goals as you come check out StarterSerials.
Curiosity mostly! This seems like quite the interesting setup, and I’m always on the lookout for intriguing up-and-coming serials to read and writing communities to interact with.
* You are about to be stranded on a desert island . Do you choose Coffee or tea?
Black tea, with milk and sugar. Also if I could somehow get a working computer and internet so I can keep writing, along with that unlimited tea? Yeah I’d never leave that desert island.

Hey, guys. I’m new around these parts. Looking to weasel my way into this community. Y’all look like a fun and clever bunch.
* Your preferred handle (whether it be unique and shiny to this forum or your internet one)
Just call me Avery.
* What do you like to read or write?
I don’t know how to answer this one. I’ll read anything so long as it catches my eye. I used to be a genre reader, but I’ve fallen out of love with established genres. I’m more invested in the indie scene these days — hence my arrival here.
In terms of writing, same deal. I don’t believe in boxing other folks’ work into restrictive genre labels. It is what it is. I enjoy incorporating fantasy elements into stories, but I don’t consider myself a fantasy writer; I enjoy incorporating futuristic and soft sci-fi elements into my stories, but I don’t consider myself a space opera writer. I write campy sex comedies on the side but ain’t nobody supposed to know tha– ahem.
Y’all just gotta do you, y’know?
* Your goals as you come check out StarterSerials.
I’m here to read cool indie fiction and interact with you guys! I’ve been contemplating launching an uncomplicated serial of my own, but I’m no good with pacing and, well, drawing a story out over a couple thousand words. Maybe I’ll pick up some sweet tips over here.
* You are about to be stranded on a desert island . Do you choose Coffee or tea?
Tea. Definitely tea.
Welcome to everyone! This thing blew up when I wasn’t looking. Guess I should do the intro questions SGL put out too.

* What do you like to read or write?: Fanstasy, Sci-fi, anything with a dash of humor is always pleasant too.
* Your goals as you come check out StarterSerials: Same as with everything else I do: World Domination.
* You are about to be stranded on a desert island . Do you choose Coffee or tea?: Tea, but iced tea, because I am a heathen and a Philistine.
* Your preferred handle (whether it be unique and shiny to this forum or your internet one)
I go by Adia Norine.
* What do you like to read or write?
I love to read fantasy and romance, especially if they’re Japanese/Chinese novels.
As for writing, I pretty much love to write anything. However, my favorite genre to write is supernatural and fantasy.
* Your goals as you come check out StarterSerials.
Well, I’m starting a web serial of my own called The Dark Eccentrics. I like to learn the basic steps to manage this. Plus, I get to read and interact with other writers.

I’ll have iced tea with lemon. ^^
